Better Cat Living uses the information you provide to answer enquiries and investigate article corrections, suggestions and other messages. Contact us at [email protected] about an enquiry or how your information is handled. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and page-loading performance. We do not install advertising scripts.

Page requests are served by Cloudflare. When you visit a buying guide, your browser requests product photographs from Amazon's image service. These services receive the network information needed to deliver those requests, such as your IP address. Their own privacy terms apply to their services.

Cloudflare Web Analytics reports site usage and browser performance without using analytics cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics. Cloudflare says it does not track people across its customers’ websites. Read how Cloudflare collects analytics data and its privacy policy.

An Amazon shopping link takes you to Amazon with our affiliate tracking tag. Amazon handles shopping, account and cookie data on its own website. We do not receive your payment details or Amazon account information.

Contact enquiries

The contact form collects your name, email address, enquiry type, message and an optional page address. We save an accepted enquiry in a Cloudflare database before sending the editorial inbox a notification. The notification includes your message and uses your email address as its Reply-To so we can respond to you. Direct emails are forwarded from the site’s public address to the editorial inbox.

Cloudflare provides form processing, storage, spam protection and email routing/delivery. Google provides the editorial email inbox. These providers process information needed to handle the enquiry. We do not publish your contact details or sell enquiry information.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. It processes browser and network signals for that security check. Do not include payment details, passwords, detailed medical information or other sensitive information in an enquiry.

We retain enquiry information while needed to deal with the message and keep a reasonable record of correspondence. Email us if you want to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have supplied. Our contact page explains the messages this inbox can help with.
